Introduction:

Beijing International Tourism Festival in is a large-scale culture festival. It has successfully held in the main sites in Beijing since 1990's. It is regarded as one of the most famous influential culture festivals in China. This festival is held on every Autumn each year. We would like to show our sincerely Invitation to your wonderful ensembles to be a part of it. According to the traditional date during the past years, the International Festival in Beijing will be anticipated held in Beijing at the end of September 27th to October 2nd, 2016. There will be lots of performing groups from all around the world and across the country. They will perform wonderful programs for foreign tourists and Beijing citizens, giving the audiences a grand culture feast.

There are more than one hundred countries attended International Festival in Beijing since its beginning. In past editions, it has had performance ensembles from Canada, United States, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, France, Germany, Scotland, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Finland, Spain, Andorra, Serbia, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Bulgaria, Ukraine; Serbia, Belorussian Hungary, Nigeria, Egypt, Congo, Cameroon, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, India, Bangladesh, Australia, New Zealand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Poland, Colombia, Turkey, Brazil, Ukraine, Lithuania, Bahamas, Slovakia, Thailand, the regions of Chinese Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and so on. The event has left a brilliant and happy memory on domestic and foreign tourists and Beijing public.

We sincerely invite your ensemble to participate in the International Festival in Beijing, 2015. This public affair is non-profit and participating groups are not getting any remuneration. Accommodations including hotels, meals, and local transportation expenses will be provided by festival while the international travelling expenses will be taken care of by your group. The visiting the Great Wall is arranged by the festival. We wish your art ensembles will have the possibility to perform in Beijing and enjoy the local culture. Certainly, the Chinese audience will have chance to see your excellent shows and brilliant culture as well.

Anticipated Schedule of Performances：

Sept 27th October 2nd: Public shows, visiting;

The general schedule of 18th Beijing International Tourism Festival:Sept 27：Arrival in Beijing, Rehearsal;
Sept 28：Opening Ceremony of 18th Beijing International Tourism Festival;
Sept 29：Public performance and visiting;
Sept 30：Public performance and visiting;
Oct 1：Public performance and visiting;
Oct 2：Closing Ceremony and departure.
Conditions:

The festival will only cover the performers' expenditure during the period:

City bus (such as the routes of airport-hotel-airport, hotel-performance venue-hotel) to the period of festival;
Accommodations to the night of festival period;
Daily Meals to the day of festival period;
Tourist Accident Insurance in Beijing;
A free Visiting in Beijing

The festival will not undertake:

International transportation;
Visa;
Transportation to/from other city in China;
Performers' expenditure besides the festival;
Expenditure of Non-performers (guests, spectators, etc);

Explanation on Application :

Arrival time: not later than the Day 1
Time of formal parade: festival period;
Group size: 35-50 performers in a group;
Form of performance: such as Wind Band, Marching Band, Flag Brandishing, Folk dance and any other style;
Festival can also provide participants with other performing places in Beijing for public performances.
The Organizing Committee of festival will check your information, photos and videos. They will issue the Official letter of Invitation if your group is selected. That invitation letter is the final confirmation of acceptance to your group.
